Insanity workout program with my twin brother. 30-40 minute intense workouts six days a week for 60 days. We just completed Day 4 today and I can barely stand, much less get up and down the stairs outside my apartment. Why don't my legs work? Help.
Pro: I don't feel as guilty anymore sitting at my desk...
