Has Mr. Monkey bought into the PC media spank wankers' lullaby that Snoop Dogg Barry is a three-dimensional force from the outer galaxy or is this just a reality star's street-food paranoia?

Only an amateur or an imbecile would make this accusation without having the irrefutable evidence tucked away in his back pocket. Good point, Amigo. Snoop Dogg Barry also used the IRS to audit political adversaries before the 2012 election so he is not above Stalinist tactics. We shall see how this one plays out.In any event, Barry loves the limelight. I suspect he and Mr. Monkey will be mud-wrestling as long as they are both disgracing this earth with their presence.
I have some sympathy for the "gallows" solution; hardly though to be applied to that group of individuals who occupied a presidential post....as if they're ABOVE THE LAW.
