One of the World’s Natural Wonders – But Where Is It?

Do you know where the world’s only horizontal waterfalls are? There’s not one, there’s two, but they’re only a few metres apart, so it’s safe to say it’s the only one in the world.

I’ll even give you a hint – they get some of the highest tide variations in the world, too. Fourteen metres in a single day – that’s 46 feet.

Give up?

Western Australia. In the Kimberleys in the far north of Western Australia, to be precise. Horizontal Falls is in Talbot Bay, and I’ve been there
