Sit' rep' - as of the morning of Saturday 25th Feb (UK time), only 14 copies had been shipped by Amazon, and that in dribs and drabs. I was expecting all 20 copies to go as one order pretty much straight away, and have contacted Amazon for information. So if you're still waiting, my apologies. I'm trying to speed things up.M. Still longer than I was anticipating - if I bought a copy for myself, it would be here sooner - but it does sound like matters are in hand.
