"Growing up as a natural writer, a question I got more than any other was, “How can I become a better writer?” But looking at all of the A’s and B’s I received on my essays I thought to tell my fellow classmates, 'It’s just something you’re born with. You either can or you can’t, it’s that simple.' Yet, the more I thought about it, the more I realized that I was wrong. There are so many things in life that some have the natural knack for that others must practice to become skilled at and writing is just another one of those things. And the biggest secret I can let you all in on is fairly simple: BELIEVE IN YOUR BULLSHIT! If you don’t believe what your writing, then why should anyone else?"
