This could be fun!

Did you know, the website PUBLISH AMERICA (a 'self pub' or IMO, VANITY PUB) promised to get your book in front of JK Rowling at a 'meeting' they had scheduled?

Yep.  YOUR BOOK.  In front of one of the biggest selling authors of ALL time!  Yay! And it only cost $49.

Except…well, it doesn't seem to be true. (You can see a screen cap of their 'offer'.)

And now you can see a response from JK Rowling's people.

Certain things just bring out the warm fuzzies in me.  Like seeing somebody called out, in a major way, over BS promises. (IMO, naturally…)
