Grid-Protecting CIPA: Enacted, But In Time?

This morning Dr. Peter Pry sent me a draft of the article below, which he co-authored with Ambassador R. James Woolsey. The piece was published in The Washington Times, and I thought it was worth posting here. It covers recent legislation to secure the grid, which of course is a major theme in my thriller Patriarch Run. I should also disclose that Dr. Pry endorsed the realism in Patriarch Run.
