The tasselled wobbegong puffed up his cheeks and chuckled, “It’s the obligate ram ventilator. He’s got to keep moving you see? Me? I can do this all day.”
He compressed his cheeks, lazily waggled his barbels, and remained precisely where he was. I had never seen a creature so proud of himself for having gone nowhere.
It was the first day of what would turn out to be a rather remarkable summer.
