Balsamic vinegar is one of my favorite things in the Universe. Right up there with BJs and foot rubs. I never eat a bowl of plants without it. I usually lay down serious bucks for the real stuff. Got this on sale. WHITE balsamic vinegar. It can’t dance and doesn’t realize how privileged it is. I did a spoonful and it’s delicious. Not sure how authentic it is, though. Gonna pour it all over my next bowl of plants.
