What’s out this week? 1/25/17

fantomcomics:

Thanks so much to everyone who came out this weekend to support our efforts during the inauguration protest! Did you see that this Friday, January 27, we’ll be donating 15% of our sales to Planned Parenthood in response to the March for Life going on that day?

Arclight #4 by Brandon Graham and Marian Churchland

This has been a long time coming. The final issue of Marian Churchland and Brandon Graham’s four-part genderfluid blood magic fantasy epic–we hope we’ll see Churchland’s art somewhere else real soon.

Island #14, edited by Brandon Graham and Emma Rios; work by Alchemichael, Lando, Remy Boydell, and Fil Barlow

One of our favorite Island covers in a while. The cover is NOT like Brandon Graham like some people have been saying–it looks very Brandon-y but it’s actually by up-and-coming artist @alchemichael! Anyway, whether you’ve been reading Island or not you should check out this new issue of our favorite anthology magazine.

Shutter #26 by Joe Keatinge and Leila del Duca

Our former boss Esther (R.I.P.) is now hanging out in Portland with Joe and Leila all day every day, or so we imagine. Is this what limbo looks like? Anyway, gettin’ near the end of Shutter!

Loose Ends #1 by Jason Latour and Chris Brunner

This is a Southern crime romance miniseries for folks who enjoy Jason Latour’s work on Southern Bastards. Slow-cooked, and colored by our pal Rico Renzi!

G.I. Joe #2 by Aubrey Sitterson and Giannis Milonogiannis

This book has come out of nowhere to endear all of us with the Metal Gear Solid style interior art of Giannis Milonogiannis, who you probably best know from Prophet. We’ve got copies of issue #1 at the store if you missed it the first time around!
