New web host, bear with me

I am in the middle of switching web hosts, and started building my website over from scratch, I apologize. I probably won't be done completely for a couple weeks.

On another note, I waited until I got the hundred pre-orders of my new book, Burning Through Their Eyes, before switching hosts.
