Author Reading Tips

Fellow Authors,

I am having my first reading/signing this weekend and I had a question.  Where do you like to do a reading from in your book?  Do you start at the first chapter, second, or a place of intrigue?

Any tips and/or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
