Can anyone who was actually at the BFI screening confirm if they heard anything about this.  I’m curious where the Independent got this information, because up until now I have only seen fandom conjecture, and no definitive truth, and I don’t trust newspapers to not print shit they just got off the internet without fact checking, anymore.

interesting. really wonder if this is them assuming fans are right about the missing 4 minutes or if they in fact have some other kind of ‘official’ knowledge.

It’s probably just twitter/fan comments. But still.

I’m going to be watching on Sunday with more hope, dammit. If they come through after all, I will be happy to retract all my premature disappointment.
