Lynn Flewelling Starting a new book is like starting a three needle mitten. The first rows are awkward and prone to dropped stitches, tangles, and twists, But once you get past those, everything begins to pull together and take shape. I haven't reached that point yet with the new book. Still trying to keep those needles straight!

Lynn Flewelling Sounds like you're writing long hand? I can't even think without my fingers touching keyboard, lol

Lynn Flewelling Yep, everyone has their own style. The trick is to find what works best. I started with pencil and notebook, moved up to manual, then electric typewriter, and then they invented the Mac 128 just for me! Never looked back. :-) I sometimes wish long hand worked for me, though because I love working with a fountain pen and have several. Use them for notes and journaling, though.
