At first glance I thought this was satire – it’s not.

The British Army is struggling with their troll recruitment.

Only a few have signed up, and not that they are unqualified. Because trolling is just as easy as twisting what’s already been said, just to annoy and slow down the activist, or post inflammatory comments to ruin the whole conversation.
