Dynamics GP Support

Just as Janakiram M.P. posts that more and more GP support articles are escaping from behind the closed PartnerSource walls, Frank Hamelly rants about how unhappy he is with the new Partner Source Knowledge Base search.

There is a catch 22 here. Part of the value in a support plan is exclusive access to support articles. If they escape into the wild it diminishes the value but if users can't find what they want behind the support wall, the value is diminished as well.
