Germany’s F.A.I.R. progressing–any prophetic ramifications?

COGwriter Germany continues to move forward on in its FAIR project. It is expected to involve 3000 scientists.  It is situated in Darmstadt in Germany and is expected to provide beams to the experiments from 2018 onwards.
