This was a bit of a warmup.  Also, inspired by TKLFest, since that was the first time I had the opportunity to UTILIZE electric toothbrushes myself (had them demonstrated on me, though don’t own one personally).

Those things can be cruel by dint of just activating and then leaving them there.  And while you generally don’t want to leave any tickling tool in one spot too long, the tape gives some flexibility, so as long as he squirms, there’ll be some movement–hence the relatively loose bondage.  (Of course, body hair does limit the tape placement options ^ ^;;)  So he’ll be self-tickling for at least a fair while, especially with that buzzing under his ass.
