The Only One by Mary Head

Piper Vaughn is a successful real estate agent in the cutthroat New York City housing market, able to afford a comfortable existence in a cozy Manhattan apartment. It's been a year since she broke up with her boyfriend, and she's just starting to feel good about life again when she meets Richard Spencer, a wealthy older English businessman. She's charmed by his laidback demeanor and bright blue eyes, he by her bubbly personality and sweet smile, and it's not long before a romance develops between the two, even though they both know that Richard is only in the city for a year.

About the Author
Mary has been writing since the spring of 1999, but only just published her first book, a romance titled "The Only One", in August 2015. Up next is the thriller "No Safe Place", and after that, she plans to start working on a supernatural romance called "Crimson Hollow".

Mary is a 2008 graduate of Florida State University, and currently lives in Tallahassee, Florida. When not writing, she is a voracious consumer of visual media, particularly her favorite TV shows.
