料理實驗室 免炸餅乾炸雞


亂逛網路看到一份有趣的免炸炸雞食譜,使用餅乾粉取代麵包粉,且直接進烤箱不用下油鍋。剛好冰箱還有雞胸肉,切塊來試做,成品真的很像栩栩如生的炸雞耶!


很特別的是先用無糖優格跟蒜頭加胡椒醃過雞胸肉,一開始覺得用優格很怪,但實作以後覺得肉變很嫩,一點都不柴,而有胡椒跟蒜則增添了淡淡的辛香味。




將市售消化餅打碎成餅乾粉,取代油炸的麵包粉。



醃好的肉丟進餅乾粉裡裹均勻。



放上鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤就可以直接進烤箱囉!



成品出爐。



灑點胡椒鹽真的超像酥炸雞柳條,只要用烤箱又免油免炸真的是太棒。
