料理實驗室 蜜汁雞腿排

今晚直到八點鐘才在準備晚餐,最近在Costco買了一組六大包共12塊雞腿肉(才498耶!!!!),剛好來嘗試各種雞肉料理,決定再次挑戰之前沒做好的蜜汁雞腿排。



作法:


1.首先生雞肉上的水份一定要擦乾!(上次就失敗在這邊)


2.蜂蜜+少許醬油調製成醬汁,另加上胡椒鹽、迷迭香、義大利香料等各種自己喜愛的香料,將生肉稍微按摩醃製入味。(這邊可以從前一天先醃應該更好)


3..不用熱鍋,從冷油開始小火煎,一定要小火,皮那面向下,煎到微焦才翻面。


4.翻面之後再次淋上醬汁,煎至喜愛的焦度即可。


 


這次終於做出想要的焦糖色澤,不過可惜的是家裡什麼其他食材都沒有,就……索性雞排吃到飽吧……
