Hey folks. No update tomorrow. If you’ve been paying attention here, or follow me on twitter, you already know I’ve been one of my Oma’s caretakers along with my Aunt&Uncle for the last 6 months while she’s been sick with cancer. Saturday morning, she died. While we were all ready for it at that point since she was long past the point of recovery, it still hurts immensely, and leaves a lot of work to be done in the next couple days. Her wake is tomorrow, and I’m working with my family to get things in order.

For me there is extra work since I’ve been living with her, and will have to move into a new place for January. On the bright side, I’ve already put down a deposit on a place, and am so, so ready to end the last 2+ years of being a nomad and living out of a suitcase. It will be good to have a real studio, my own food and pantry, a cat.

I still hope to get the page up later this week after family things have calmed down, but we’ll be moving on to sorting out her stuff, so I think I’ll still be busy. If it takes until next week, I hope you all understand!
