UFOs, Upcoming Adventures, & A Scrumptious Ice Cream Concoction

On my way home from my day job, I have to say I was intrigued by the radio announcer.  Recently people have been seeing UFOs again, not in remote places but above major cities like New York, London, and Moscow.  I was intrigued.  He was going to have someone on that had seen a silver disc hovering over New York.  Then I lost the signal.  Perhaps it was alien interference.

I have a science fiction romance all written out in a notebook.  Hmm?

Now for the Scrumptious Concoction of the week: the Green Monster and I'm not talking about the left field wall of Fenway Park.

Get One large Bowl

Add two scoops of green pistachio ice cream

Add two scoops of green mint chocolate chip

Add in two scoops of rocky road chocolate

Mix into a mound  (Yes, please, play with your food!)

Heat about a quarter cup of caramel sauce and pour over it

Heat about a quarter cup of fudge sauce and pour over it

Then pile Cool Whip on it or the whipped cream of your choice

Top off with two red cherries (like two big red eyes)

Now you have the Green Monster or at the very least a respectable bribe for aliens.  Requires a spoon and a lot of energy to eat.
