Post Workout Meal – 20 Hours Fasted [Dec. 2016]

Here’s what I had after my gym session today (about one hour after leaving the gym). I was ~20 hours fasted when I ate and ~18 hours fasted when I started my workout: In the box (variable quantities): lettuce chicken feta cheese onions 1 boiled egg green olives cabbage beets peas beans corn cherry tomatoes
