Here is Eli, my lab/pit bull/pointer mix. I adopted her from a rescue center after she was dumped (we think multiple times from her behavior when she gets in cars) in the middle of winter, during all the snow/ice-storms. She was malnourished, but she was the sweetest thing in the world. After spending almost 6 months with us now, she has grown into an amazing dog who loves spicy foods and to play. Despite the temperature being well over 110 degrees Fahrenheit today, she spent plenty of time outside playing, and she is now sacked out, curled up with a good book, Basilisk, which just came out today!
