Inkitt Deleted My Account, and Other Forms of Nefarious Vanity Press Skullduggery

I joined Inkitt on May 23rd, 2015. I know this because after they deleted my account, I started feeling a little retrospective and wanted to verify just how long I'd given that site a chance before they decided to pull the plug.
