So my computer died.

Don’t you hate it when your computer dies? I’ve had computers since the early 90s and they all die. One day, they just won’t turn on, usually, or you will get an error message and BOOP that’s it.

These days, I go in knowing they’re going to die, so I don’t really put anything on them. This time, I lost some writing, the spreadsheets I built for stock trading (rebuilding them WILL be a pain in the ass), but other than that, nothing much. The entire Night Court series. Some Dirty Jobs episodes. Pictures of this girl’s ass and feet I took (with her permission and encouragement). No biggie.

I am now on a backup laptop. One day, it will die too.

Computers are temporary. Like flowers.
