Ordained Now Available Internationally Through GoodReads

Ordained is now available to purchase through GoodReads. I'm trying my best to make the ebook available for purchase for international readers. Currently, the ebook is available through Amazon (US, UK and DE), B&N Nook (US) and now GoodReads. I am also working with Google Books to make an ebook available in a downloadable format for additional eReaders in the US, UK, Australia and Canada. Hopefully those will be available soon. For international readers outside these territories, your best option for reading Ordained at this time is via GoodReads (pdf and epub).
