As much fun as doing the weekly Wednesday Briefs posting for Part One, the 1k word limit per week was working against me. Given it’s size, I decided I was too impatient to share Part Two. So each Wednesday I will share a preview of each chapter along with the link to the full chapter on Gay Authors.

I tried to dig my heels into the unyielding cobblestones, but I was being hauled so quick, I couldn’t keep my balance. Screaming was futile through the gloved hand holding my mouth closed. Panic and rage exploded out of me, but I wasn’t strong enough to get free.

The street vanished as the alley swallowed me into its gullet. It wouldn’t be long before there would be no chance for anyone to find me.

A somewhat familiar voice caught my attention. “Hold her already!”
