Writing and the Holidays

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I spent time with family which was very nice.


Well, I finally finished my cowboy book and have submitted it to the publisher who requested it.  Now I have to wait, but I’m not sitting back and relaxing. I have lots of other irons in the fire right now.


I have several books in various states with my editor at The Wild Rose Press.  I’m currently revising a book to send to a new publisher, Trifecta, for a launch date in mid-2017. And I’m thinking about what books I want to write for next year.


December is pretty much a planning month for me to figure out what the first six months of next year will look like for me as an author.  But also time for me to play catch up on stuff I’ve let slid by while I write.


I’ll still be writing, but not at the pace I’ve been doing which is fine.  I need a month to get things back in order and organized.
