The Devourers by Indra Das

     This review is going to be very short.  Not because it wasn't a good book, but because it was a very strange book.  The Devourers , by Indra Das was emotional, strange, sexual, vicious and more.

     The tale, taken from Indian folklore, gives you werewolves and magical culture, but it also talked a lot of about elimination: Like #1 & #2.  It was kinda nasty and just got on my nerves.  I really thought this book was going to bring Indian culture to life, but all it did was rape, and bring sex to the forefront like a savage, erotic novel.  I wasn't pleased.  But there was a lot of gore- which is right up my alley, so I wasn't too harsh on the rating.  LOL

     On to the next read!
