This week's snippet is from my NA contemporary dancer romance - Circles Divided. Book 2 of Circles Trilogy.

Scene set - Robert picks Julie up after her ballet class.


Robert dismounted his bike, scooted up behind her and spun her to face him. "I was talkin' to you. And I don't like bein' ignored."Julie rolled her eyes and yawned."Too good to talk to me, eh?" He grinned and said, "Maybe I should check to see if your mouth is broken." He slid his hands into her coat, around her waist and under her blouse. As his lips touched hers, Robert placed his icy fingers on her warm bare back.She jumped and squealed, "Your hands are freezing.""Yeah, but my lips are warm."
