A Weber Thanksgiving

Hey, I’ve been meaning to post today, but have been sick in bed most of the day with something digestive that threatens turkey consumption on the morrow. In the meantime, I want to encourage you home cooks with this short episode of an amateur chef at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, teaching fellow students how to prepare an American classic.
