A few years ago I wrote a short poem that went like this:

It is both a blessing
And a curse
To feel everything
So very deeply.

Since then it has amassed well over a million likes/reposts, has been shared by celebrities including Cara Delevingne, Khloe Kardashian and Britney Spears, and has appeared in many unexpected and unusual places. Here are my thoughts on going viral, the good and the bad.
