A long and interesting journey
It's been a long journey for me since first starting this site. Back then, I was an aspiring author, looking for a way to showcase my writing and one day become published. It took a long time to write my first novel and get it published. Countless hours were spent researching, trying to figure out how to get a book published or the best method of doing so.
Eventually, I went the route of self publishing and I'm glad I did. Yes, it's difficult and very challenging, but it's also a lot of fun. I'm in more control of my books and more involved. I'm able to market myself face to face with my fans or potential fans. The ads can be creatively mine and the ideas are as well. Yes, it's exhausting. Yes, it's a lot of work. But when you create something and you enjoy what you're doing, trying to share it with the world feels less like work and more like fun!
So, here we are. I now have two books published and already in the works for a third. This November will be a year since my first book, To the Wolves, came out and it's already felt like a lifetime.
I have so many stories to tell and so many ideas floating around in my head. I'm very excited to get those down on paper. I want to take a moment to say thank you to friends and family that have helped me along the way, to those who supported me and believed I could do it. Of course, I would also like to thank those of you who could be considered my fans. After all, I couldn't do it without you!
There's so much left to come in the next years. I hope you stay with me and enjoy this journey. It's going to be a fun one, I promise!
Let me also say, I plan on updating this blog rather frequently. I'll use it to give insight to my writing, goings on, and even personal life. I want to be able to share a piece of my life with you all. Thanks for reading and I look forward to providing reading material for many, many years to come!
