We’re all DOOMED!
I thought that it would be timely to reblog this in the light of the US election results. Don’t worry America, the whole circus starts again in 2.5 years from now, and you could have a new, preferable president elect in only four years. Unless, of course, your new guy has destroyed the planet by then!
To quote Private Fraser from Dad’s Army, “We’re all DOOMED!”
Our new Conservative government have already made it clear that they will further oppress the masses who are already disadvantaged and continue to enrich their fat cat friends.
But they were democratically elected, so we should not complain. Rather, we should campaign to oust them at the next opportunity.
Five years though. It’s a long time.
