This HAS to be about LOVE not fear

Dear everyone,

I need you to lower your defenses, this will and should hurt. I’m going to share the below images not to inspire finger pointing. Not for anyone to get defensive about the choices they did or did not make. This is not about politics. This is not so you can think, “not all …” 

Let me tell you what this is. This is about recognition that sometimes your world is not the same as someone else. This is about recognition that people are hurt and angry whether you understand it or not. This is about recognition that you can be the person you know you are. Someone who is kind, compassionate, and loves despite differences. I share these photo’s so if you see someone being treated this way, you stand up for the victims. I share these photos so if you know someone who is this angry you can embrace them with love, and help them find another more healthy way to express their anger. 

If you are not in a space to do this, that is fine. This is for those who are. Who might not realize that things are in fact actually happening because it’s very easy to get caught up in our bubbles of reality and that’s fine too. But sometimes, when we have the energy to do so, we’ve got to poke our head out and check on those around us. Let these photos break your heart and rouse your heartfelt anger. Let these photos motivate you into spreading LOVE and in understanding that when you can, you must stop the root of these attacks at their source. Stand up for each other.
