Traitors' Gate: Crossroads, book 3

Tomorrow is the official USA release date of Traitors' Gate, third of the Crossroads trilogy (or, as Mihir Wanchoo has suggested over at Fantasy Book Critic, the "Gate" trilogy), although I have it on good authority that some people have already bought or observed copies in the wild.
