First let me start with an apology. I didn't make it to commenting on anyone's post last month. The beginning of Oct suddenly when stupid busy and by the time I remembered it was well into the following week. I will be more dutiful this month.


Last month, I talked about my fears of opening the edits on my latest book. Having had some brutal editors, I am a bit skittish when edits arrive. Pleased to announce, I pulled up by big girl panties and got through them. What was delightful to discover was there were no comments - just trackchanges suggestions.


But - hallelujah - on these edits - no comments. Now, it's still embarrassing to have mistakes pointed out - example tco. How in the world - in how many reads of that story - did I not notice the word taco was missing an a? I swear some Internet gremlin took it out when I emailed in the book.




Question for this month is - 

What is your favorite aspect of being a writer?

That's an easy one - I can work in my pjs all day or if I feel like getting dressed - I can upgrade to my sweats.
