Eeee! I have three stories just about to cross a big milestone, and today France did, reaching 10,000 hits! I wrote France the week after The Sign of Three had aired, but before His Last Vow aired, back in January, 2014. TSOT basically killed me. It took me a long time before I could appreciate the humour of it, the stag night, etc, because all I could see was Sherlock leaving the wedding early, leaving his violin behind, and John having just married another person. The wrong person. I was upset, to say the least, and kind of took it out on John in this story. In this one, John comes back from his honeymoon to discover that a lot of people are mad at him. That’s all me in disguise, lol. This story is painful and kind of beautiful in places, I think, particularly his dream where Sherlock is on the cliff. Anyway, if you haven’t read it, I won’t spoil it, and if you have - well, thanks for being one of those 10,000 hits! France has just become the 37th of my 62 stories to have passed this milestone.
