CNN reporting Reid plan: $2.5Tr in deficit reductions with no revenue increases

Sounds like more smoke-and-mirrors  -- nothing on what would be cut, when, and what baseline would be used, etc. Just an offer to do some illusory $2.5 trillion in cuts at some point in exchange for a raise in the ceiling that gets Obama and Dems past the election.
