On Saturday, October 1st, I was a guest at the first Newtcon convention in Covington, GA. Held at the Georgia Piedmont Technical College, this 4 hour event was a fun time. The focus of the convention was on advocating literacy awareness so there were local creators on hand as well as libraries and other organizations. I'd like to thank Carol Dial for the invite. She
