Another Bloody Sunday

Ah, football Sunday...

The Giants came out looking like they were going to dominate the Redskins. Then they shot themselves in the foot. Then they shot themselves in the other foot. Then they shot themselves in the calves, the thighs... stupid penalties, fumbles, interceptions, more stupid penalties. Horrors.

The Jets missed their flight to Kansas City. I don't know who those guys were wearing the green and white uniforms.

Life is meaningless and full of pain.

Lucia How about less football and more Winds of Winter?

message 2: by C.E. (new)

C.E. Crowder He's working on that. In the meantime he continues to live and breathe, for which we should be grateful if we ever expect him to finish.

message 3: by Stig (new)

Stig Johansen There are millions of other books out there. Plenty to read while waiting for Winds of Winter. It will be out when it will be out.

Jessie Ever heard the phrase "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy"?

Sheesh. Let the man relax sometimes. As much as we'd like the book in hand, if he forces himself to write it nonstop, it will be a much poorer book than if we let him take his time.

Carlos "Sometimes?". GRRM's ass-kissers are far too gentle. It's been more than five years now. The "quality takes time" argument is bs, as both AFFC and ADWD took plenty of time and are nowhere near the quality of the first three books.
But eh, HBO will finish this story. I'm happy with that.

Buzz redskins made some terrible decisions too. Came down to turnovers.

K.R. R. Bernard Poor Giants it so hard for them to get a win at the end of their games
