I have been absolute shit this summer. I’ve only read like two books since graduation and most of my days have been seriously unproductive. I think the Cursed Child midnight parties gave me a kick in the pants about reading. Except that I probably won’t be reading Cursed Child for a while, actually.
I don’t remember when I finished this, but I know it was before the 4th of July since that’s when I handed off my copy to Amelia. A lot of my re-reading commentary is written in the books themselves (since I gave her both Receiver and Destroyer, a lot of this is going to be my second impression of the story), and with how busy I am and how excited I was to hand the books over, I forgot to write an immediate report on both novels.
