Darn the holes,pushed through the soul

Helped me recover kept out the dread

New thinking cap,new ideas in the head

Vaulting over obstacles 

Taking no hostages

Sewed an emergency jacket, before going to bed

Smooth out the creases, cut some new cloth

Banished pain and negativity

Sew happiness not sloth
