Man walks in and wants to see a studio.I show him the studio and he likes it.He says the studio is not for him, he has a beachside estate in Laguna Beach.This studio, with a lovely freeway view,is for his wife.He'd like to move her stuff in this weekend while she's away.He's met someone new.Someone younger.Someone hotter.Someone more adventures...He hasn't told his wife yet, but when she comes home and finds her stuff gone, she'll figure it out."This way she's out of the picture sooner and (girlfriend) and I can get setteled," he says, laughing, and then looks at me as if I should be marveling at his awesomeness.Ha.Ha.Ha.Ha.
