The Ultimate Fall Bucket List


Fall is my favorite season. I look forward to it and dream about pumpkin spice, crisp air and warm cozy sweaters. So of course I try to squeeze in as much fall fun as I possibly can during what I feel is the shortest season. If you're a follower of this blog you know my obsession with lists and how every season I make a new bucket list. This year I have a little more time on my hands and have decided to go big and do as many things as I possibly can. So here it is. My Ultimate Fall Bucket List:

Decorate inside for fall (leaves, scarecrows, leaves, pumpkins and more leaves)  Go pumpkin picking Watch Hocus Pocus Read as many R.L. Stine books (Goosebumps, Fear Street) as possible Watch a scary movie (Any suggestions) Get lost in a corn maze Try a new winery Spend a day on the North Fork of Long Island Make mulled wine Carve a pumpkin Go for a long scenic drive up north Cozy up with a blanket and a good book outside Have a cup of hot apple cider Take daily walks and notice the changes in the trees Enjoy a Pumpkin Spice Latte Make pumpkin bread Watch Charlie Brown and the Great Pumpkin Eat a caramel apple Burn all the pumpkin spice and apple cinnamon candlesGo Hard Apple Cider tasting Sit around a bonfire Start wearing scarves with every outfit  Make something with apples (Apple cake, apple pie, apple muffins) Enjoy a pumpkin beer Eat a caramel apple Roast pumpkin seeds Try a new Octoberfest beer Stay warm in an oversized sweater  Make homemade soup Go apple picking (Even though Eric said absolutely not since I never use all the apples and usually throw them out...) Eat a pumpkin cream cheese muffinDonate to a food drive Break out the Uggs! Visit the Gillette Castle in Connecticut Go for a bike ride DIY fall/Halloween craft Indulge in a slice (or two) of pumpkin pie Eat one too many apple cider donuts Watch Casper Make Halloween themed food on Halloween Watch the Addams Family  Read a Stephen King book Overeat at Smorgasburg in Prospect Park, Brooklyn Go on a nature walk Make a scarecrow Give out candy to Trick-or-Treaters Attempt to make chili (even though I don't eat it...)  Watch Halloween Wars on Food Network Decorate the front porch with mums Black Friday Shopping online
