Review of Chef Q in Paris

Chef Q in Paris The Fall Collection by Didier Quémener I received a free copy of this book through the Early Reviewers Program of LibraryThing in return for an honest review.

This is an enjoyable little cookbook that is personalized by the author's account of his background, as well as his cooking anecdotes and philosophy. The recipes are easy to follow with accompanying photographs and lists of ingredients readily available in the fall, such as squash and cauliflower. Suggested pairings of wine are also included.

You do not have to be a chef to follow the recipes and produce delicious dishes. You just have to bring a healthy appetite!
