I've searched other river bridges in Cuenca, but there are no addenda.There is a question whether this instrument is bindingsince it appears not to have been dated.Then again, part of the bridge's marble is missing in places.A case could be made that sections are missing or were tampered with.Either way, I believe arbitration is now in order in lieu of summary judgment.
