Human rights, like civilization itself, are fragile enough to
disappear in a single day, a single hour, with a single act.
The goodness of our humanity must be reaffirmed daily
in how we treat each other. The alternative is our destruction.
If such a destruction comes - we deserved it 
and a grateful planet will rejoice in our passing.
